Let’s create these easy and delicious Matcha Popsicles.
You wouldn’t believe they are vegan, dairy free and have zero added sugar !
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup coconut cream
• 3/4 cup water or coconut water if you want more sweetness
• 1/3 cup soaked cashews overnight, drained for use
• 1/2 cup soft and pitted dates, roughly 4 dates
• 1 heaped tablespoon Ceremonial Matcha
• a pinch of salt
Blend all ingredients in a blender and freeze overnight in popsicle trays. These are a delicious & creamy cold treat for summer 🌞
