An Iced Matcha Latte is a staple and a go to on a hot summers day 😎 It is packed full of nutrition, refreshing and delicious! It's now even simpler to make at home with a high quality ceremonial grade matcha.

Ingredients:Â
- 3 grams ceremonial grade matcha.
- 120mL hot water. best to aim for 80 degree.
- 120mL plant based milk of choice. we suggest oat or rice milk for this recipe.
- 1 tsp coconut sugar + 1 TBSP hot water
- Ice cubes

Method:
- In your matcha bowl, whisk the matcha powder and hot water until well dissolved and a good layer of foam forms. Allow this mixture to cool down.
- Make a simple syrup by combining the coconut sugar and 1 TBSP hot water in a bowl and stir until no sugar granules left.
- Add a generous amount of ice to a glass cup
- Add in your simple syrup at the bottom to the glass cup, followed by your plant based milk of choice.
- Add in the cooled down matcha into the glass cup.
