Iced Matcha Latte Recipe

An Iced Matcha Latte is a staple and a go to on a hot summers day 😎 It is packed full of nutrition, refreshing and delicious! It's now even simpler to make at home with a high quality ceremonial grade matcha.

 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 grams ceremonial grade matcha.
  • 120mL hot water. best to aim for 80 degree.
  • 120mL plant based milk of choice. we suggest oat or rice milk for this recipe.
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar + 1 TBSP hot water
  • Ice cubes

 

Method:

  1. In your matcha bowl, whisk the matcha powder and hot water until well dissolved and a good layer of foam forms. Allow this mixture to cool down.
  2. Make a simple syrup by combining the coconut sugar and 1 TBSP hot water in a bowl and stir until no sugar granules left.
  3. Add a generous amount of ice to a glass cup
  4. Add in your simple syrup at the bottom to the glass cup, followed by your plant based milk of choice.
  5. Add in the cooled down matcha into the glass cup.
  6. Stir, enjoy and share 😉
