They are super easy to make with no special tools and you can whip them up in under 30 minutes.
- half cup almond meal
- half cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon quality Matcha
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oat milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- a pinch of salt
- chocolate to drizzle on top :)
How to:
1. Combine everything in a large mixing bowl and mix until a smooth thick batter forms. If it is too thick, add a little bit more oat milk at a time.
2. Place the batter into donut baking trays. Bake at 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
3. Melt Chocolate and drizzle on top for some extra yum!
