Ingredients:
- 3 grams Ceremonial Grade Matcha
- 80mL hot water
- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls + hot water for cooking
- 1 TBS coconut sugar /sweetener of choice + 1 TBS hot water
- 200mL oat milk/ milk of choice
- Lots of ice
- Honey (optional)
Method:
1. Cook tapioca pearls following packet instructions. Drain and rinse off starch. Mix in some honey if desired.
2. Whisk matcha in a seperate bowl with 80ml hot water.
3. Mix coconut sugar with hot water to make a syrup.
4. Assemble your drink starting with the pearls, ice, syrup, milk and then lastly matcha.
