Cool yourself down with this nourishing and wholesome Matcha Banana Ice Cream. It only uses 3 ingredients and there's no ice cream machine needed. All you need is a blender or food processor!
This Matcha Banana Nice cream can be made ahead of time and kept in the freezer for up to a week. It's such a smooth, creamy and delicious treat for summer. There's no added sugar or sweeteners. The ripe bananas provide enough sweetness to compliment the Matcha.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 large ripe bananas (500 gram banana)
- 100mL coconut cream or milk of choice
- 2-3 teaspoon of High grade Matcha
How to:
- Peel and chop up the ripe bananas.
- Place them in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
- In a food processor, blend the frozen bananas, coconut cream and matcha together until it is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the nice cream into a bowl or container and place it back into the freezer for 2-3 hours to allow it to set.
- Scoop out the Ice cream and enjoy this delicious frozen treat!
