Matcha Pudding

🎄Create a Festive Matcha Pudding that will get everyone excited!

This Jiggly Green Matcha Pudding is fresh, refreshing & delightfully sweet 🤤

 


Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons Quality Matcha

• 50mL warm water to whisk matcha

• 450mL soy milk or milk

• 300 mL heavy or whipping cream

• 15 gram gelatine powder

• 50mL water to dissolve gelatine

• 1/3 cup date syrup or maple syrup


How to:

1. Whisk Matcha and warm water until no more clumps.

2. In a large jug (can fit 1L of fluid), add cream and milk together, stir in the matcha mixture and syrup. Stir.

3. Dissolve the gelatine in the water for a minute. Microwave on high for 20 seconds until dissolved. Quickly stir this in to the rest of the mixture and stir.

4. Pour the mixture into a round glass container through a strainer to remove any clumps.

5. Let it set overnight in the fridge.

6. To serve, place the glass container in warm water for a minute, half way up the container to warm up the exterior. The pudding should be easy to remove now by turning it upside down 🙃


Serve with fruit and cream 🍑
