You can customise this to your liking and add in any additional wholesome ingredients you love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon high quality Matcha
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 nectarine, skin and stone removed
  • 100mL coconut milk
  • 150mL plant based milk or water
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (1 serving) - optional
  • honey - optional
  • ice - optional, but will help to thicken the smoothie

 

How to:

  1. An easy recipe. Place everything into the blender and blitz until icy, creamy and smooth.
  2. Serve immediately. Nourish and hydrate your body!
