- 1 ripe banana
- 1 nectarine, skin and stone removed
- 100mL coconut milk
- 150mL plant based milk or water
- 1 scoop collagen powder (1 serving) - optional
- honey - optional
- ice - optional, but will help to thicken the smoothie
