Matcha and Strawberries pair well in taste and nutrition! The fruity sweetness of the strawberries complements the earthy matcha and the increase dose of Vitamin C helps with absorption of all the goodness and antioxidants from the matcha.

Ingredients:
- 3 grams ceremonial grade matcha
- 80mL hot water
- 3-4 strawberries
- 1 tsp coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
- 200mL plant based milk + 50mL extra
- Lots of ice
Method:
- Chop up strawberries and add sugar. Mix well and let it sit for 15minutes to soften the strawberries.
- Add strawberries and 200mL plant based milk into a blender and mix. We used a barista blend almond milk to prevent separation.
- Sieve the strawberry milk. This helps to achieve a smooth silky milk.
- Whisk your matcha in a bowl and allow to cool.
- Add Ice cubes to a glass.
- Add your strawberry milk, add more milk if desired, and lastly add in your matcha.
- Mix, sip and relax 💚
