Ingredients: makes 2 serves
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup ricotta
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Ceremonial Matcha
- Toppings: granola, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds
How to:
- In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, ricotta, honey and matcha.
- Mix everything until a smooth consistency. You can also use an electric mixer for this step for a lighter, fluffier mixture.
- Spoon out the mixture into 2 glasses, top it off with fruit, granola, more honey or whatever topping you like.
Note: you can substitute ricotta for cottage cheese, but the cottage cheese will be clumpier compared to ricotta.
