We recommend using a high quality Ceremonial Matcha for drinking! It is going to give you the best flavour and best health benefits :)
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon Pumpkin Puree
- 1/8 teaspoon of Nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon of Coconut sugar or Maple syrup
- 1.5 teaspoons of Ceremonial Matcha
- 200mL Milk
- 100mL warm water
- Ice
How to:
- In a matcha bowl, whisk your Matcha and warm water together using a bamboo whisk. Let this cool down.
- Add pumpkin puree, spices, sugar and milk to a cup. Mix this using a handheld mixer.
If you don't have a small handheld mixer, you can also whiz this in the blender for 20 seconds. - Add your desired level of ice into the cup.
- Pour over your Matcha. Mix and sip!
