Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/8 teaspoon of Nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Coconut sugar or Maple syrup
  • 1.5 teaspoons of Ceremonial Matcha
  • 200mL Milk
  • 100mL warm water
  • Ice

 

How to:

  1. In a matcha bowl, whisk your Matcha and warm water together using a bamboo whisk. Let this cool down.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, spices, sugar and milk to a cup. Mix this using a handheld mixer.
    If you don't have a small handheld mixer, you can also whiz this in the blender for 20 seconds.
  3. Add your desired level of ice into the cup.
  4. Pour over your Matcha. Mix and sip!
