Our deep-green Ceremonial Grade Matcha is grown and harvested in Japan using the finest quality tea leaves. Once the young leaves are hand picked, it is then steamed, dried and stone-milled to produce a premium tea that can be delivered straight to your cup!

How to use
How to use
Our Ceremonial Matcha is ideal to have on its own but can also be enjoyed as a latte or in other drinks. Here's our guide but you can tinker to your liking.
Traditional Method: Place 2 scoops of matcha using your chashaku or 1 teaspoon of matcha in a bowl. Pour 70mL of hot water (about 80 degree) into the bowl and whisk until well dissolved and a layer of froth sits on top. Enjoy immediately.
Optional: stir in sweetener of your choice.
Latte Method: Place 2 scoops of matcha using your chashaku or 1 teaspoon of matcha in a bowl. Pour 70mL of hot water (about 80 degree) into the bowl and whisk until well dissolved and a layer of froth sits on top. Froth up 200mL of your milk/plant based milk of choice, add the matcha and stir.
Optional: stir in sweetener of your choice.
