Our Matcha's flavour profile is subtly sweet and earthy, finishing off with a savoury note and minimal bitterness. You can enjoy our high-quality matcha best on it's own, iced or warm, latte or smoothie, or any way your heart desires :)
Our deep-green Ceremonial Grade Matcha is grown and harvested in Japan using the finest quality tea leaves. Once the young leaves are hand picked, it is then steamed, dried and stone-milled to produce a premium tea that can be delivered straight to your cup!

How to use
Our Premium Hojicha is ideal to be used for lattes or in dessert recipes. It's smooth taste and nutty, cocoa aroma perfectly satisfies sugary cravings and is a great substitute to your usual afternoon pick-me-up.
Latte Method: Place 2 scoops of hojicha using your chashaku or 1 teaspoon in a bowl. Pour 70mL of hot water into the bowl and whisk until well dissolved. Froth up 200mL of your milk/plant based milk of choice, add the hojicha and stir.
Optional: stir in sweetener of your choice. We recommend honey for hojicha latte.

Our premium teas are from the Kagoshima region in Japan. The teas are shaded for four weeks before harvest to increase nutrients and are handpicked from the first harvest to ensure high quality is delivered to you.
